Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to the terms stated below. Breaking my Terms of Service will result in a punishment that I deem appropriate.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission request-ALL payments must be made before the commission is started-Payment is through PayPal invoice and is due within 10 days of the invoice being sent. At the moment I do not take any other forms of payment.-Final artwork is delivered through Google Drive link-I do not accept refunds after you have approved the sketch. I may offer refunds if I deem your commission impossible for me to complete.-Tips are just that, tips. They do not equate to extras being added to your art. Extras such as complex background MUST be discussed before your invoice is sent in order to calculate an accurate price.-You may ask about a deadline/due date BEFORE I accept your commission. However, they will not always be accepted.-A clear visual reference sheet of any characters is required, I will not work from a description. Reference sheets must be sent before I accept your commission.-Reference images for specific items/poses may be requested. If you cannot provide them, I will only do my best to draw what you request.-This is a business transaction. Please do not send me small talk messages such as “wyd?” etc. unless we are already acquaintances/friends-Drastic changes to the drawing MUST be requested before or upon receiving the final sketch. Any drastic changes made after I have started line art will either be denied or require an extra payment to compensate for my time. This does not include any mistakes on my part, which will always be fixed for free.-I encourage commissioners to redline and draw over their commission sketch in order to clarify the changes they want! This is probably the clearest way I can see what you’d like changed.-I will allow a reasonable amount of changes before starting the line art, if the number of changes asked for becomes excessive I may ask for extra financial compensation. This is rarely done and determined by me on a case-by-case basis.-Commissions will take a day at minimum and generally no more than two weeks. If your commission is large or my queue is full it may take up to a month.-Feel free to reasonably ask me about your commission. However, do not pester me excessively about the status of your commission or constantly demand updates.-Commissions are for personal use only. Clients are not permitted to sell merch (stickers, shirts, etc.) or create a profit off of their commission.-My artwork can NOT be used for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or AI databases under any circumstances

-Complex outfits, especially those heavy in tactical gear
-Humans
-NSFW, suggestive is fine but I won’t draw any exposed genitals
